The auction will be carried out according to the terms described inHellenicRepublic’s “US Invitation Memorandum” dated 24 February 2012
Primary Dealers of theHellenicRepublicare invited to participate by submitting up to 5 competitive bids through Bank of Greece’s trading system (H.D.A.T) from 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m on the auction date.
Non-competitive bids cannot be submitted.
Minimum nominal amount per bid will be € 5 million.
The bids accepted will be allotted at the price specified in the bid and up to the auctioned amount per security
Bids at the cut-off price will be filled pro rata.
Weighted average price, cut-off price and the cut–off ratio will be announced until 13.00p.m. on the auction date.
Primary Dealers participating will be notified for the amounts allocated to them by electronic mail from H.D.A.T.
No commission will be paid for this auction.
Hellenic Republic retains the right to cancel and repeat the auction.
