The Board of Directors of the Public Debt Management Agency (P.D.M.A.) consists of five members and is composed as follows:
1. Chairman:
- Secretary General for Fiscal Policy of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance
2. Vice Chairman:
- Head of the General Directorate of Fiscal Policy and Budget of the General Accounting Office of the State
- Deputy: Head of the Directorate of General Government Budget
3. Member:
- One of the Deputy Governors of the Bank of Greece or another senior executive of the Bank
- Deputy: Director of the Bank of Greece
4. Member:
- Secretary General for Economic Policy of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance
- Deputy: Head of the General Directorate of Economic Policy of the same Ministry
5. Member:
- Director General of the Agency (P.D.M.A.)
- Deputy: As provided in paragraph 5 of Article 64 of Law 4941/2022 (Government Gazette A’ 113)
